Hello there
Hello, my name is Amanda and I am an award-winning Pet Photographer based in Barleythorpe, Rutland.
As an Associate with the Master Photographers Association and the official breed focus photographer for Edition Dog Magazine, I am confident that I can capture images of your pets that you will treasure for a lifetime.
I hope you enjoy looking around the site, and, if you like what you see and would like to book a session simply head to the shop page or contact me.
WHAT TO EXPECT
from your experience with rutland pet photography
01.
Your pets are the beating heart of my business. Because I am a Pet Photographer first and foremost, I not only know ALL the tricks and tips to create incredible images of your four-legged friends, but I’ll also love and adore your precious animals, it’s just who I am.
02.
I know how important sharing your images is and how many of you want to be able to show your previous animals off which is why all of my sessions include 10 digital files. You do also have the option to print your images and showcase them in frames or albums.
03.
Count on quality. Whether your artwork is handcrafted in London or printed on to archival pro canvas with Fine Art UV Varnish, rest assured that it comes from the best artisans in the business. If you’re used to photo prints from Boots, you’re in for a revelation!
My dog won’t sit still
It’s okay! I promise you that I successfully photograph hyper, untrained dogs ALL of the time. I guarantee that we’ll be able to create images that you will love.
Here’s a secret: Most of the dogs you see on my location sessions were wearing leads during our session. After some delicate Photoshop work, you won’t even know your dog was on a lead.
We can even use a special long line lead to safely create action shots if your dog can’t be off lead or if we are in an area where dogs are not allowed off lead. And with my arsenal of duck calls and squeakers, I know how to get your pup’s attention. You let me know what kind of images you love and I’ll bring the tools and the know-how to create them for you.
What should I wear for my Equine Photoshoot?
I like to aim for 2-3 different outfits for your session to allow for the most variety, and of course, different locations will work better with some outfits than others.
You will receive a full prep guide for you and your horse when you book your session
Whatever you choose, remember this image is going to go on your wall so it is important you feel comfortable in whatever you choose to wear.
Rutland Pet Photography is now outdoors only
Times are changing over at Rutland Pet Photography, we are moving to location sessions only, with Rutland Water being our favourite photo location.
